Terms of Service

1. Acceptance & eligibility

By accessing or using Infervo you agree to these Terms. Access is currently invite-only; you may use Infervo only if your account has been granted access. You must be at least 16 and able to form a binding agreement.

2. The service

Infervo is a martech stack-detection product: you submit a website URL and Infervo reports the marketing, analytics, CRM, advertising, ecommerce, and payments technology that site appears to use, detected from public website signals and public DNS. It is under active development; features may change, be added, or be removed.

3. Your responsibilities

• You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your access secure.
• You must only submit URLs for websites you are authorised to scan, and your use must comply with applicable law and the target site’s terms.
• You must not use Infervo to scan at a volume or in a manner intended to disrupt, overload, or attack a target website.

4. Detection accuracy — not professional advice

Detection is signature- and DNS-based and may be incomplete or occasionally inaccurate— it reports what was observable at scan time and can miss server-side, consent-gated, or newly added tools, or surface a false match. Reports are provided for informational purposes only and are not professional, legal, or financial advice. You are responsible for independently verifying results before relying on them.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• scan websites you are not authorised to scan, or use Infervo for any unlawful purpose;
• attempt to access other tenants’ data, break project isolation, or probe/abuse the platform;
• use Infervo to build a competing product, or to generate unlawful, harmful, or infringing content;
• overload, disrupt, or circumvent rate limits or other safeguards, or use Infervo to attack a target site.

6. Data & privacy

Our handling of your data — including the third-party providers involved — is described in the Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

7. Intellectual property

We own the Infervo service and its software. The URLs you submit and the scan reports generated for you are yours to use. You grant us a limited licence to process them solely to provide the service to you. Detected technologies are facts about public websites and are not owned by anyone.

8. Preview, fees & availability

Infervo is provided free during the invite-only preview with no service-level agreement; it may be unavailable, may change, or may be discontinued at any time. No paid plans are currently sold and no payment is taken.

9. Disclaimer of warranties

The service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Infervo will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or revenue, arising from your use of the service. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

11. Termination

You may stop using Infervo at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or to protect the service or other users.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as the product evolves; the “last updated” date reflects the current version. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.

13. Governing law & contact

The governing jurisdiction will be confirmed once a formal operating entity is named; nothing here waives mandatory consumer-protection rights you have under your local law. Questions: hello@infervo.app.
